You can run but you cant hide

Sometimes you cannot escape it, it follows you, it haunts you. No matter how fast you run, how well you hide, it appears. It may just be for a day or two or three and then never again for months, but darkness never disappears it just clears and leaves behind it the illusion of brightness.

Having said this, even in the mist and fog of your own darkness there is always somebody who will shine, who will wipe away your tears and kiss it better.
Somebody who breaks through the illusion and brings with them true brightness.
The dark clouds which once enveloped you dissolve and your tears turn to smiles.
You can breathe again and take a break from running and hiding!

Hold this person close, bask in their beauty, dry your eyes and open them wide to observe them in amazement.
